科技部公開徵求「2018~2020年成功參與歐盟團隊型研究計畫方案」
一、Horizon 2020
- 申請資格：
符合科技部「補助專題研究計畫作業要點」之計畫主持人資格，正式成功參與歐盟團隊型研究計畫（須經歐盟審查通過，檢附證明文件）且未獲歐盟補助經費者。即，申請人除了具科技部計畫主持人資格外，須參加歐盟會員國、歐盟關聯國(associated countries)三個國家以上所組成的計畫

第一支柱 Excellent Science(卓越科學）

二、Life progamme
- 申請資格：
歐盟的公家單位、歐盟私人營利機構、歐盟私人非營利組織(例如: NGOs)、帶領計畫的人稱為coordinating beneficiaries，其餘的夥伴則稱為associated beneficiaries，非歐盟人員及單位能夠成為associated beneficiaries，並且至少要協助計畫裡一個項目及提供部分計畫資金

（一）Environment子計畫中之公開徵求
1、Nature and biodiversity – 藉由補助支持EU’s Biodiversity Strategy to 2020策略及Natura 2000網絡計畫的團隊來達到恢復生態系統及保護歐盟生物多樣性、物種、棲地目的。

2、Environment and resource efficiency – 歐盟提供補助給先導或示範計畫團隊發展綠色經濟、循環經濟、能源創新相關政策與法令，支持已經有相對成熟技術發展的計畫。

3、Environment governance and information -歐盟提供補助給提升環保意識的計畫。

4、Integrated projects – 關於水資源、空氣、廢棄物與跨區域、多區域、跨國綜合性計畫(包含Natura 2000)；綜合LIFE的補助款與其它相關資源來將預計達到的效果最大化。

1.Climate change mitigation – 提供經費給執行歐盟溫室氣體減量、研究再生能源等氣候變遷減緩相關之先導或示範計畫團隊，也支持已經 有相對成熟技術發展的計畫。
